Philanthropy Officer I
The Philanthropy Officer will play a critical role in increasing donor support and acts as an ambassador for the Kean University Foundation. Responsibilities include: new donor identification, cultivation and stewardship of existing donors to increase overall retention and giving levels, and where assigned, relationship management between donors and other staff who work with them. Goal is to secure $250,000 in philanthropic support during the initial year, and $750,000 annually thereafter.

Associate Director of Stewardship & Donor Relations
The Associate Director of Stewardship & Donor Relations is responsible for designing, implementing, and directing an integrated and comprehensive donor relations and stewardship program that appropriately and consistently promotes interaction and connection with and recognition of donors at all levels. The Associate Director is a forward-thinking, innovative and energetic professional with proven success in donor engagement and stewardship, capable of developing and orchestrating the implementation of a multi-year plan to advance institutional efforts.

Advancement Services Associate (Database Management)
The Advancement Services Associate reports to the Director of Data Management and Analytics serving as the primary processor of gifts and acknowledgements. This position is crucial to the Stewardship of the Foundation’s donors and will directly impact the Foundation’s ability to grow its donor base and conduct a capital campaign.

Director of Annual Giving
The Director of Annual Giving plays a critical role in increasing unrestricted support and acts as an ambassador for the Kean University Foundation. The Director of Annual Giving is responsible for planning, executing, and managing a comprehensive, multi-faceted annual giving program. Additionally, the Director of Annual Giving is responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding a targeted portfolio of 100 lead annual giving prospects.

Manager of Special Events
The Manager of Special Events is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing an integrated and comprehensive events program that appropriately and consistently promotes interaction and connection with alumni, friends, faculty, and staff in order to facilitate the realization of the Foundation’s multiple goals, including but not limited to philanthropic achievement. The Manager is a forward-thinking, innovative, and energetic professional with proven success in donor events and is capable of developing and orchestrating the implementation of a multi-year plan to advance institutional efforts.
