Vice President of Finance and Administration
The Vice President of Finance & Administration (VPFA) serves as the Foundation’s chief financial and administrative leader, responsible for ensuring financial integrity, operational excellence, and organizational credibility. The VPFA partners closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, University leadership, and external partners to build systems, processes, and reporting that support trust, transparency, and informed decision-making. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity and a defining moment for the Foundation. The VPFA will help establish day-to-day norms, strengthen financial infrastructure, and set a tone of consistency, professionalism, and accountability.

Senior Director of Data System
The Senior Director of Data Systems will be a key member of the Kean University Foundation team, responsible for the comprehensive oversight and strategic management of the donor database and all related information systems. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance & Administration, this critical role ensures the highest levels of data integrity and accuracy, while providing essential data-driven insights and support to advance the Foundation's fundraising, outreach, and administrative objectives. The Director will lead a team including a Director of Reporting & Analytics and a Gift Processing Specialist, ensuring efficient data input, accuracy, robust reporting, and strategic data utilization across the organization.
