Welcome to the Kean University Relief Fund Information

Kean University is committed to supporting its community – alumni, students, faculty and staff – who are directly and catastrophically affected by a disaster, be it natural or otherwise.

The Kean University Foundation has launched a fundraiser to support those members of the community who suffered significant loss and hardship as a result of a disaster.

Formerly named the Kean University Sandy Fund, a fund originally established five years ago after New Jersey was devastated by Superstorm Sandy, the Kean University Relief Fund now will provide financial support to alumni, students, faculty or staff members that are impacted by any natural disaster or otherwise.

Eligibility to receive funds is based directly on the level of financial need and/or academic status of the affected individuals. Student(s) must remain registered at Kean in order to receive assistance. Alumni, faculty and staff will be assisted based on verification of alumni status or employment status.

Applications are available online and in paper form. All application information will remain confidential and will be used solely for awarding purposes. Please note an application will be posted soon.

For questions regarding the application or information on how to qualify for assistance, please contact Kean University Foundation at 908-737-3340 or kuf@kean.edu.
