The 2010-11 Scholarship Application deadline has passed. 

The review process begins immediately, with final decisions rendered and announced in June 2010.

Recently Added Scholarships

The following scholarship opportunities were added after the 2010-11 Scholarship Handbook was printed.

The Grace and Marshall Nielsen Scholarship is awarded to junior accounting majors with a minimum 3.0 GPA.  Strong preference will be given to students working their way through school.

The José E. Sánchez/ Paulo Freire Social Justice Scholarship is awarded to full-time or part-time graduate students in the Master of Arts in Sociology and Social Justice.  A minimum 3.5 graduate GPA is required and financial need is preferred, but not essential.  Applicants must also submit an original innovative written work that demonstrates both an active commitment to social justice and competent knowledge of this field.  This exemplary work may be a paper written for a program coursework or an original work written specifically for the application.
