Corporate matching gifts are a great way for alumni, parents and friends to maximize personal contributions to the University and increase the impact of their gift. Please click here  to see if your or your spouse's employer matches employee contributions to charitable organizations.

Publicly Traded Securities are among the most popular types the Foundation receives. There are significant tax advantages from contributing highly appreciated (long-term) securities. The amount of your tax-deductible contribution is based on the value of the stock on the day of the transfer. Real Estate Property gifts are welcomed and encouraged by the Kean University Foundation. Gifts of real estate can provide a substantial tax benefit for the donor. Although the University may make great use of the property, most real estate gifts are sold and the proceeds are used as designated by the donor.

Gifts in Kind are gifts of personal property. Examples include books, works of art, computers, boats, etc. If you are interested in making a donation of property, please refer to the IRS regulations .
